These Terms govern use of techtiegroup.com and purchases from TechTie3D. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

TechTie3D operates an online store for 3D printing products and related goods/services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a contract. Business customers must have authority to bind their organisation.

3. Account

You are responsible for accurate account details and keeping login credentials confidential. Notify us of unauthorised use.

4. Products & pricing

  • Product images are illustrative; colours and appearance may vary slightly.
  • Prices are shown on the site and may change without notice for future orders.
  • We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
  • Stock is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed and paid (or COD accepted).

5. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse orders (e.g. stock, suspected fraud, shipping limits). A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance (e.g. order confirmation email) and/or dispatch the goods.

6. Payment

Accepted methods are shown at checkout (e.g. card, cash on delivery, others). You must provide valid payment details. For COD, you agree to pay the courier/driver according to the terms shown at checkout.

7. Shipping & delivery

  • Delivery estimates are approximate, not guarantees.
  • Risk usually passes on delivery to the address you provide (or as required by law).
  • Ensure the address and phone number are correct. Failed delivery due to wrong details may incur extra costs.

8. Returns & refunds

Governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, logos, and materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site (attacks, scraping that harms the service, fraud, illegal content, or interfering with other users).

11. Recommendations & analytics

We may use browsing behaviour and cookies (including Google Analytics and product-view data) to improve the site and recommendations, as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, data, business interruption).
  • Our total liability for a product claim is limited to the amount paid for that product.
  • Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
  • Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.

The site is provided “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Third-party links are not under our control; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

15. Governing law
